Caudalie Premier Cru Anti-Aging Eye Cream is super creamy and luxurious. I was pr gifted by Caudalie and have been using it for quite some time now. Using an eye cream is worth the investment long term. Incorporating it into your skincare routine is the best thing you can do for your eyes in preventing early signs of aging.

I have several eye creams that I use on rotation to target hydration, brighten and anti-aging. They range from basic eye creams to luxury eye creams. The Premier Cru is more on the luxury end that specifically targets anti-aging which is why it is so luxe. Claims to diminish dark circles, puffiness, wrinkles for brighter, smoother, and more lifted eyes. I don’t have dark circles or puffy eyes so I cannot speak to this at the moment.

Formulated with Caudalie’s three signature patent: resveratrol and hyaluronic acid to lift and firm, viniferine to brighten and add radiance, and grape seed polyphenols and peptides to protect against environmental aggressors and fight puffiness. This is also fragrance free.

I appreciate that it comes in a pump dispenser bottle which keeps the product hygiene friendly, however  the pump needs reworking and the overall bulky plastic is too much. After each use, there is a dried plug in the pump that gets wasted since I have to dispense it out to get the cream to flow out.

The texture is rich and creamy and melts like butter into skin. You only need a tiny bit under each eye. The key in applying this is to tap the product into the under eye area, don’t smooth it out or else it will pill or sit on top of skin. It is very light weight and instantly brightens up the area. My eye area is smoothed out, a bit firmer and hydrated. It does not leave any grease behind but I do recommend using this at night since this cream is quite rich and you want it to soak in overnight.

This is probably the most expensive and luxurious eye cream in my collection that specifically targets anti-aging.  I am trying to use this sparingly so I don’t run out too soon. It is definitely a splurge item if you have the money to spend but not necessarily needed. There are plenty of eye creams on the market that are mid-priced containing similar anti-aging ingredients.

Caudalie Premier Cru Anti-Aging Eye Cream is available at Sephora
