Packaged in a slim transparent plastic bottle with a fun happy animal on the front. This represents 1 of 5 animals that are usually tested on in the cosmetic industry. Rovectin is committed on being a cruelty-free brand and hopes these animals will be free one day. I am happy this is unscented and alcohol-free.
This toner and essence combo has a slightly thick viscosity. The consistency is very nice and fast absorbing. I notice that it instantly plumps up my skin. If I use too much it can be a bit sticky at first but once everything sinks in it leaves a dewy finish. I can easily apply two layers of this before moving on to the rest of my skincare routine.
Right now I am experiencing winter dry skin and this hydrates all the dry areas on my face for hours. My skin feels super soft, smooth, and supple. I use this both in AM and PM. It is absolutely perfect for prepping skin before makeup application as it softens facial lines and plumps up skin. This is good option to include in any skincare routine if you are looking for that hydration.
