SolaWave 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Skincare Wand

SolaWave 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Skincare Wand treats skin to a soothing massage, microcurrent, warming heat, and LED therapy all at the same time. Deeply rejuvenates, de-puffs, and helps topical skincare products absorb better. This non-invasive at-home skincare device is literally the size of a Sharpie pen! It is water resistant, usb-rechargeable, and includes a travel case for on-the-go.

This wand went viral in 2023 on both Instagram and TikTok. It is a splurge item but I saw an opportunity to get one during the Thanksgiving Day Black Friday sale! Definitely worth my skincare investment and I’ll tell you what this wand can do for your skin.

It has four main features (directly from the Solawave website):

Red Light Therapy – Red light delivered via LED deeply rejuvenates the skin. This helps promote youthful, radiant skin by reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and other blemishes.

Galvanic Current – Galvanic current is a safe, non-invasive form of energy that can help boost absorption of serums & creams, so your skincare products can work more effectively.

Facial Massage – Low-vibration provides a gentle massage, helping to decrease the appearance of puffiness and boost the skin’s natural radiance.

Therapeutic Warmth – Warming the skin can help temporarily de-puff the skin.

To use, the Solawave wand has an on-and-off button (instead of touch-activation in the previous model) and 180-degree swivel head rotation to reach every curve on your face. The Solawave wand can treat the entire face and neck in one 12 minute session. Every three minutes the vibration will stop for a moment before resuming to alert you to move to the next region of your face. Honestly, I can use this for as little as 1 minute or the full 12 minutes. Note, consistency of use over time will allow you to see results.

I start with clean skin, then after applying serum (serum that enhances light absorption like hyaluronic acid, glycolic acid, essential oils) or on bare clean skin. I glide the wand across my face with very little pressure. With serum it is supposed to help the product be more effective and on bare skin I follow up with serum/moisturizer and it’s just as good.

I use this at night about 2-3x times a week on average for a 3 minute session, sometimes I just have lack of patience standing in front of the bathroom mirror for 12 whole minutes. Easiest way is watch TV while sitting on the couch moving the wand to cover as much skin as possible during the session. The vibration is soothing and has a nice warming sensation.

In the morning, I have noticed less redness in my skin and under eye puffiness. While I can’t say if it has firmed my skin nor reduce wrinkles when I do not have any, it has made my overall complexion appear more radiant and healthy looking. I experienced some results with the SolaWave and was easy to use. The vibration and warming heat is a selling point. It is a splurge device, great for those who want to up their skincare routine.
