By Wishtrend Quad Active Boosting Essence is targeted for those who have inflamed, acne-prone to sensitive skin types. It is recommended as a serum booster that helps retain moisture for everything else you layer on top. I always include essences in my routine because they typically contain high content of active ingredients to hydrate, protect, and boost the overall health of skin.
There are four key active ingredients:
- 3-Complex 26.4% – a blend of Morus Alba Bark Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Leaf Extract and Schisandra Chinensis Fruit Extract to calm and prevent breakouts
- Willow Bark Extract 10% – gentle exfoliant that helps with acne
- Centaurea Cyanus Flower Water 9% – boosts skin radiance
- Propolis Extract 1% – soothes and protects the skin from bacteria

This essence is packaged in a 100ml glass bottle. The bottle has a simple yet luxury aesthetic look. Feels a bit heavy so be careful to not drop this in the sink when you pour the product out. It does not have a scent that I can smell which is perfect for those who have sensitive skin.
I dispense 3 to 4 drops of this essence into my hands and pat directly onto face until everything is fully absorbed. The watery texture is very light and absorbs fairly quickly. It gives my skin a boost of hydration instantly and leaves my skin with a dewy finish without being sticky. Next follow up with the rest of my skincare serums and moisturizers to lock in the moisture.
I do notice some soothing effects on irritated areas and it helped a few blemishes heal within a few days. Makes my complexion look radiant and healthy looking. My skin tends to love hydrating essences and this one is definitely hydrating. I will probably use this more for it’s hydration purposes than anything else.
I enjoy this essence and use it on rotation in my skincare routine. I personally like using this in my AM routine because it feels so light and provides the right amount of hydration under makeup. I have dry to sensitive skin and have not experienced any irritations or break outs.
