The Kopari Beauty Coconut Deodorant is one of few deodorants on the market that I’ve tried and actually works with my body chemistry. I’ve been using natural deodorants for a long while now and it was literally thru trial and error. Keep in mind when you use natural deodorants, your underarms go thru a detox phase. Yes, it was quite uncomfortable to get thru (about a month for me) even though I do not sweat heavy. Over time, my underarms were producing less sweat. Thank goodness for Kopari, now I can smell like coconuts. It had been out of stock on the Sephora site a number of times so I had been stalking the site and finally snatched one up when they were back instock. Yay!

If you have not switched over to a natural clean deodorant, what’s stopping you? Traditional deodorants contain aluminum which has been linked to health issues most notably breast cancer. Most deodorants are both an antiperspirant and deodorant. Antiperspirants control how much you sweat and they typically contain aluminum which block your sweat from coming to the surface of the skin. While deodorants are scented to keep body odor at bay.
This deodorant is amazing and smells so good! Love the fresh coconut scent. Contains plant based active works with your body’s natural functions to aid in odor reduction. This non-toxic deodorant is also vegan and cruelty-free. Once I started using natural deodorants I knew there was no way I would ever go back to using anything containing aluminum.
I absolutely love how this one comes in stick form. Super easy to twist up and locks with a screw top lid. The texture is somewhat moist and slick. Not dry and crumbly as what I experienced from other natural deodorants. This glides across easily and super smooth. It moisturizes my underarm since it has a slight wet moist feeling. I haven’t experienced any itching, rashes or irritations from using this.
Dries very quickly so there is no waiting to put my clothes on. Finally a natural deodorant that does not leave white marks or stains on my clothes! I was surprised at how this kept me pretty dry throughout the day and no pilling under my arms. I do one application in the morning and the scent lasts all day even thru workouts. In the evenings, I make sure to throughly exfoliate my underarms to ensure I am fresh and clean.
This feels like a luxury deodorant, the price is a bit steep compared to other natural deodorants on the market. I’m in love with this so I will continue to purchase. There are days where I feel like I need a bit more control, but I atleast have peace of mind knowing that I am not applying chemicals onto my skin. Definitely one of the best natural deodorants I’ve tried by far. If you are sensitive to fragrance, Kopari also has a non-scented version.
