I have been using Caudalie products for many years and it’s a favorite in my skincare routine. The Resveratrol-Lift line focuses on firming. When this serum was recently re-formulated using cleaner ingredients I was so excited to experience it since I haven’t tried their Resveratrol line before.
I applaud the brand for being sustainable with recyclable packaging. This serum is packaged in a frosted clear glass bottle with pump dispenser. The pink packaging is very appealing and pretty. The pump dispenses product very well and twists side to side to lock in place.
This serum has a milky thin consistency that goes on skin lightweight and smooth. It is fast absorbing and has a silky like finish without skin being greasy. It has a herbal scent and is lightly fragranced incase you are sensitive to perfume. I was impressed with the hydration level and skin felt slightly firm without the feeling dryness. It softens facial lines and plumps skin with each use.
The formulation was gentle on my sensitive skin. I have included this serum in my anti-aging skincare routine. I prefer using this in the evening so my skin can get the maximin benefits. I would consider this serum a splurge item if you do not mind the price, otherwise there are other retinol alternatives on the market at varying price points.
